DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Bravose, we endeavour to provide the most seamless delivery service possible and only rely on reputable, reliable and nationwide couriers who are proven to work to the same high standards as we do.
That’s why we have teamed up with Royal Mail who deliver all our packages across the UK.
Our delivery prices are as follows:
Orders of £50 and above = FREE DELIVERY (3-5 working days delivery)
Standard UK delivery = £2.95 (2-3 working days delivery)
Next day delivery = £8.50 (delivered next day when ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri)
Click and Collect = Your nearest Argos store (Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day and usually available to collect the next day)
Please note: Delivery times can be longer when delivering to remote locations.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of your order. Please note; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging.
Follow our simple 3-Step returns process below.
1) Complete the Request a Return Form (Click Here and the form will open in a new window), state your ‘reason for return’. This feedback helps us to improve our service going forward. Return costs are payable by the customer and we recommend recorded delivery for tracking and insurance purposes.
2) Please package the item(s) securely and remember to place the Request a Return Form inside of the package. Our address should be clearly displayed on the front of the packaging – please use the following address:
Your return will be processed by a Bravose Customer Care Executive within 24 hours of the product(s) arriving with us provided the return complies with our policy. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and your funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment – usually within 3-5 working days.
In addition to returns with full refunds, we also accept exchanges. Please state on your Request a Return Form if you would like a different size/colour in the product you initially purchased and we will handle the exchange for you.
